About me
I practice as a Lawyer in Canton Ticino and throughout Europe, after holding high-level managerial positions in private business and public institutions for many years. I obtained the prestigious Degree in Law from the University of Milan and subsequently received training in criminal and civil law, criminal and civil procedural law at the Unicìversità Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
My passion for legal studies and the inclination to solve clients’ issues on a transnational level led me to pursue studies abroad, in Spain and Switzerland.
I am currently registered with the Bar of EU/EFTA Lawyers of the Canton of Ticino, the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, and the OATI (Ordine degli Avvocati del Ticino). I constantly collaborate with valuable and capable Swiss, Italian, and European colleagues to offer clients comprehensive coverage of their needs and services in Switzerland and throughout Europe.
The strength of my current practice as an Lawyer lies in my international background and a solid research background in academic areas, particularly as an expert in commercial and corporate law. Over time, I have also acquired specific expertise in maritime law, sports law, and navigation law.
